Absolutely horrible. Filthy hotel. Filthy inside and out. The remote in my room was gooey. The floor wasn’t clean. I slept in my clothes. I checked in after 11 PM after getting almost no sleep and driving from Los Angeles. It was so late, and I was so exhausted I spent the night. I did not feel safe, and it seemed like someone tried to open my door in the middle of the night as well. truly horrible. Stay anywhere else.

I haven't stayed here but my sister and I were stranded . It was snowing outside and we could not get any phone signal at all. . We went in to this hotel to ask for help and the kind man at reception called a taxi for us and let us wait in lobby.. We are so grateful. Thank you Sir.

Filthy, has cockroaches

Filthy. Had cockroaches roaming at night. Every towel, sheet, blanket, drape had stains on them. The floor had chunks of debris. Tables were dirty. Toilet leaked onto floor. It's the worst place I've ever stayed at.

The absolute worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed at. Thankfully it was only a few hours. I booked a different hotel originally and the company switched it as it was no longer available. Boarded up graffiti buildings surround the hotel. (Should be your first sign). Dried vomit in parking lot upon arrival was still there when we left. Sheets and towels had makeup or something black on them. Room reeks of dog pee, but it might be from the mold in the ceiling. No remote for tv, every surface was filthy including walls and light switches (really wish I took more pics as these don’t do it justice). bathtub drain stopper didn’t work. Broken glass on tv stand. Multiple light bulbs missing. Hole punched and poorly patched in door. Something brown smeared on the bathroom wall

Great Customer service from Arlet, but normal hotel

The only reason this is not a two-star rating is the great customer service provided by an agent names Arlet. The hotel is not great. 5 lights were out when we checked in and other problems. the pool was clean, but the staff is surprisingly friendly. I personally didn't think I would ever be interested in going back, but if they are capable enough to hire wonderful, and professional employees like Arlet, I believe they can improve their general services. I will go back there in a few months when I have to attend some meeting. I belive they will be better.
